Do you ship internationally?

We are in the business of perfect gifting 100% of the time. Due to the complexities of international shipping and customs, we are not currently offering international shipping.

What happens if I put in the wrong address upon checkout?

If your order has not shipped, email us at hello@shopboxmoxy.com as soon as possible and provide the order number. Once the item has shipped there is little we can do to help. Some shipping providers (like UPS) allow the recipient to re-route a package. Please reach out to them for more information.

How long does processing and shipping take?

Our processing times are unmatched! We ship boxes within 1-2 business days. During busier times of the year (like Christmas) it may take between 3 business days, but our goal is to get your gift out as soon as possible.

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders of $150 or more. This discount automatically applies at checkout. On orders under $150 it varies.

Will there be a reciept in the box?

We understand that your purchase is likely a gift (although we fully support spoiling yourself). We do not include any pricing information or receipts in our gift boxes. Rarely products may have pricing listed on them, such as books. We do not remove any pricing information to maintain the integrity of the product.

Is a signature required?

No, but delivery drivers may use their discretion and require a signature.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products we do not allow returns. Most of our boxes contain food or drinks and thus wouldn't be suitable or sanitary for resale. What is inside of each box?

Each box contains a handwritten card with your message, the curated items you selected, black crinkle paper, and an insert about Box Moxy. All of this is packaged up beautifully inside our custom Box Moxy boxes, and wrapped with your chosen ribbon. To protect our beautiful boxes and the items inside, we ship them in an outer box.

How do you define "female-owned"?

We define female-owned or woman-owned as anyone who identifies with womanhood and owns a portion of a business. These businesses may be family owned, or a partnership. So as long as a female is one of the founders or owners we are happy to source products from them.

Do you ship to multiple addresses?

We sure do! For orders of 25 or more boxes we offer a complimentary address collection service so you don't have to worry about a thing. You are also able to send us an Excel or Google sheet of your giftee's information.

Do you offer branding?

What are turnaround times for corporate gifting?

That depends! We take your timeline into consideration during our proposal process. Typically customized gifting can take anywhere from 3-6 weeks. You can expect a shorter or longer timeline dependent on how customized you want your branding, packaging, and products to be.

I have a tight budget, can you still work with me?

Of course, we pride ourselves in our ability to create impactful and unique gift boxes, even within a smaller budget. We can recommend items that will be more cost-effective to ship, as well as packaging customization that gives you the most bang for your buck!

Can you ship my own products or materials?

Absolutely! We do charge a nominal service fee for boxes that are not primarily sourced with our products. We are always happy to include onboarding and marketing materials in our boxes.

Can you help me with SWAG?
