At Box Moxy we're committed to reducing our environmental impact and helping our customers do the same. One of the ways we're doing this is by making sure that all of our packaging is recyclable! From the outer shipper to the box, everything can go straight into recycling.
We also encourage people to reuse the interior box that their items are actually in! Use it for storage or moving, whatever you can think of. This helps reduce waste and extends the life of the packaging.
The trickiest thing to recycle is the ribbon that the box is tied in. But don't worry, we've got that covered too. We recycle our ribbon through Retold Recycling, a company that specializes in recycling fabrics. You can find more information about their company and the work they do here. Consider recycling any old clothing items as well!
We're also proud to say that all of our shipments are carbon neutral. We offset the carbon emissions from our shipping by investing in renewable energy projects and forest conservation. This helps us minimize our environmental impact and support a more sustainable future.
We are actively seeking ways to see if we can make some of our packaging compostable as well. Stay tuned!Â
